I have been headache since 3days with vomtings .could please tell me solvation for this.previously i am suffered with ain headache before 4 years.

I can understand your concern. .drink coffee and get some rest.
Tab. Grenil-F twice a Day after food can be taken.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
