Im 11 weeks pregnant. After the scan I got to know that the baby's heartbeat stopped at 9 weeks 4 days. Which option is better my health wise to evacuate the baby? Misoprotal Or D&C?

MTP by medicines is not recommended after 7th week of pregnancy. It will leave behind products of conception for which u ll anyway need a check curettage. So the safer and more definitive line of management would be a suction and evacuation. Also your previous obstetric history would be crucial in deciding this.

Abortion with pills is done till 7 weeks... So go for dnc

Better to go for D&C as pills may not work after 9 weeks pregnancy.. However if u still want to try with pills. you can discuss with your doctor nd try
