  4. Middle ear effusion. From middle ear?

Can you please  suggest some remedy for fluid in middle ear other than vasalva exercise? How can the fluid be drained from middle ear? It's there for two months.. Doctor has been consulted and antibiotics has been taken.. There is popping and clicking sound in ear..
