Micro nutrients (vutamins?)
I am health conscious and fitness freak person I'm able to get enough macronutriens but problem is with micors , I'm taking dical 500 , limcee , becuzules z , evion and multivitamins (healthvit) I'm taking evion once a week , becuzules-z thrice a week , ducal twice a week ,limcee 3 tabs a day and one multivitamin daily . pls tell me I'm a taking appropriate dosages or not?

I really appreciate if you can get as much as micros from real foods rather than supplements. Its important for the body to work on natural sources rather than commercial supplements, especially at your age where you can definitely try best to incorporate maximum Nourishment through variety of foods. Vitamin D & B12 may be insufficient and hence may need supplementation but rest of the micros we should try best to get from natural sources.
