Metoprolol
Dear sir, I take metoprolol 50mg once, last 3 year.(I have mitral stenosis). Which side effects long-term takeing metoprolol??

50mg dose is relatively safe baring minor side effects like low heart rate

Possibility of decrease in heart rate is there.. But it is reversible when you stop these drugs.. if there is no underlying other reasons for decrease heart rate.
