My dear friend , congratulations for the baby . Since you are already in touch with a pediatrician who has physically examined the baby , trust his judgment & don’t shop for many advises . The doctors are well meaning people , every doctor tries to do the best for his / her patient . Look he has already made a welfare strategy , he has already planned opinion of a super specialist in case your baby needs it .wish you the best .

Just wait for it's spontaneous closure. No intervention required. You should give vitamin d supplements if not already started.
