Metal underneath skin

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had opened a metallic greasy assembly without hand gloves few months back. And now I realize that some minute metal particles are inside my thumb. I am experiencing itching, irritation and there are blisters on my thumb. Don't know what to do or whom to consult. Please help.
