Mesenteric lymph nodes
Hi, My son 5 years old, is suffering with stomach pains some times from last one week, consulted doctor and given some gastric related problem and used medicines. But still same pains, abdomen scan, In the reports,
"multiple mesenteric lymph nodes are seen, largest measuring 11.7 * 9.7 mm". please suggest?

Hello there.
Kindly consult a surgeon for this because this case needs further examination and a few more investigations.
You can consult any general surgeon at a good hospital, it doesn't need to be a paediatric surgeon.
Kindly don't ignore or postpone this issue any further.
