I have taken serta 50 tablets about 5 years.now my dr prescribed zaptra12.5 .but still iam not felling better.my mind or brain has block anytime.so tell me will i.change my doctor ?and because of that increased my weight gain.

According to information provided, it suggests that you are suffering from Depression. Single episode of depression needs treatment for upto 9 months to year. Recurrent depression needs treatment for longer period of time. Once when someone is on treatment, our aim is maximum symptom relief, without any side effects. Any concurrent other problem like thyroid problem makes depression difficult to treat. If in spite of treatment, symptoms not improving, you may take second opinion.
