Hurting ma self because of my expectation ...a little changes from my closed ones hurts me a lot ...how to overcome

You are able to find the reason for your hurt feelings by yourself. That's a good thing .this is rejection sensitivity what you are going through. Try to find the intention of your close ones if at all they want to really hurt you, most of the times they will not realize that you are getting hurt . mostly they may be very casual in their expression for which you are getting hurt. Try to improve your self confidence .don't feel low of yourself.
