In any relationship , along with mutual feelings of love ,trust and respect is equally important. If your partner is cheating on you and is not guilty about it and is quite open about it in front of you, I seriously doubt future of your relationship. Marriage requires commitment and loyalty and if your partner is unable to fulfill , i think you should seriously rethink about the future of this relationship
