Hello A healthy and happy relationship brings mental peace and happiness. Since it is not a happy one, your sleep and mood is getting affected. It is important for you to discuss the issues with your gf and figure out ways to make this relationship work. You can spend time with her, share your feelings, thoughts and try to understand each other better. Also give each other space and think positive about each other to make it work with happiness. Try to meditate twice a day to bring mental peace and spend time with your family as well.
