Mental health issue..
My 11 years old cousin's behavior is very arrogant and adamant. She fights even for very silly reasons and beats her mother whatever she gets in her hand and she never stops unless she gets tired. Nobody can pacify her in everything. Being so little, she makes her up very well. She is not playful and she notices everything very perfectly. She never shows respect to anyone. When anybody advices her, she turns them up mad. She wants everyone and everything to be with her and she never shares her things even with her mother. She is so determined that everybody should act like a slave to her. How to change her? Will she be like this forever? What will be the consequences if she continues to be like this?

Hello cousin, This behaviour is a reflection of pampering at her infant stage. Nothing is impossible in this world. A good professional help as a family counsellor in your local area would definitely change your cousins behaviour at an early age.
