My periods came late by 3 days this time and I'm unable to bare the stomach & back pain and i feel like puking every time......
what should i do please advice as i have to go to work as well and am unable to get off my bed because of this!
Please guide me as in what should i do?
My chums started yesterday but then don't know why it stopped and then overnight while i was sleeping it again started and now it continues....I generally get periods on 2nd of every month but this time it came late and also i feel like puking again and again and stomach aches a lot....

Dont worry at all.it happens...stress and many reasons. Relax.take tab texakind mf twice day when u feel pain.
