Hi doctor. I had my d&c on 11th Nov due to missed miscarriage.. On 9th Dec I had my first period after d&c. Now it's 14th Jan & there is no signs of second period. I have pcod problem since 7months.. May I know is it normal or need to consult Doctor. How long I should wait for my 2nd period to occur?

Hi, check your urine pregnancy test now and again after 1 week if negative. Some irregularity will be there after D & C, don't worry.

PCOS may be causing irregular periods. You can wait for a week more. I noticed that you weigh more than ideal for your height. You need to lose at least 7-8 KGS. It will regularise your periods as well as help you conceive. Visit your gynecologist for detailed evaluation and need for treatment
