I took premoult tablets for period postpone on March after this I got periods on March and in April also this month I have lite bleeding from yesterday still i didnt have proper bleeding what's the reason?

After stopping the drug you should have withdrawal bleeding and that flow is normal.Investigation will be needed to rule out any other systemic cause.
