From past three years my periods are irregular and especially last three months i haven't had periods..

I don't know if you are married or not but first thing to be investigated is Pregnancy, more so, if you had sex. Please get a Gravidex test done for Urine urgently to confirm Pregnancy. Please get a CBC (blood test) as well.
