In my period first day i always suffer from lots of pain and vomiting .why some girl suffer from pain in periods first day

Its a natural process. Endimetrium that is the inner most layer cones off in the first 2 days. It is usually more painful as compared to rest of the days. Need not worry. If the pain is unbearable you can take meds. Otheriwse not indicated as such. Take care
