Menstruation
I have regualr periods and sometimes irregular. Usually i have no pain during my periods. For like 3months it will be regular and next month it will be irregular. I am so tensed. 3years from menarche still have to deal with this problem.

Take on day 2 of periods the following investigations
1. Serum FSH LH ratio
2. Serum TSH
3. Serum Prolactin
4. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
Next Steps
Take a boiled egg daily
Avoid lifting weights and stress and dehydration
Tablet Normoz once at bedtime daily for three months
