Hi am diagnosed with pcod a year back and have irregular periods so my doctor told to take meprate then start with yasmin..3 months i took then stopped to see wheather its came to normal or not my last period was in october now some spotting is there can i start meprate and again start with yasmin???

If you are not trying for a pregnancy then stay on yasmin as this will regulate your periods. You don't need meprate.
