hi are you married or in relationship. pain extreme with fever vomiting and dehydration does not fit in with simple period pain. so history physical to rule out infections test to rule out pregnancy urine test to rule out uti a scan to rule out pelvic pathology or appendicitis etc has to befone. only after evaluation can conclude.
