I use to have severe headache before and during starting days of my periods every month. should i make some changes in my diet or should i take medications?

Yes sometimes you can have very severe headache during menses. Sometimes taking small quantity of food frequently and getting a proper sleep of 8 hours at night helps. If it doesn't settle with this you can use naproxen tablet SOS i.e whenever you have pain
