I've noticed for the last 4 months, either right before my period or when my period starts I develop a migraine that lasts three days. Started in January 2018 on the night before my period started. Lasted about three days, the migraine. My periods are regular every month and the migraines seem to be regular too. I'm currently on my period and this time also the migraine started a day after my period came. In February it was a few days prior to my period starting. Ive been having my period since I was 13 years old but this has never happened to me before. Just the regular lower back cramps and stomach cramps. But now it's migraine plus the cramps.
What is the solution for this? Is there any way to prevent this? Please help.
