Menstrual cycle stopping abruptly at 35.
Hi. I'm a 35 year old woman who has had a regular menstrual cycle since aged 11. For the past 3 months I have not bled, but I have had the usual menstrual cramps, backache, etc.... There have been no changes to my diet, medications, and nothing else I can think of. Please could you make some suggestions as to why they've abruptly stopped? I'm still hoping to have children in the future. Also, I have not been sexually active for the past 12 months. Kind Regards.
