No periods after stopping krinson 35
Taking krimson 35 for PCOS. I stopped the tablet 6 days back and still no periods..what might be the reason. Is there any serious problem. What to do next.

Krimson 35 is not much effective.
You should start T. Regestrone 5mg for your periods problem by taking prescription of your gynaecologist.
Next Steps
You should start an Ayurvedic treatment to solve your periods and PCOD problem.
Take
Syp.' MENSO28 ' OR Syp. 'CYCLOSET ' 15ml two times a day for three months. Stop taking during menses.
Take Darchini (Cinnemon) powder 10gms daily early morning with empty stomach for three months.
SHARBAT FOULAD ( Hamdard dawakhna product) 15ml after lunch and dinner for one month.

Do physical exercise regularly.
Drink more water or juices.
Eat good quality of foods.
