Menstrual Cycle
My cycle is always on time. The only problem is the amount of the amount of charms / blood are very low. It only stays for one single day, from 2nd day onwards it is very less. I want to know if there is any medicine to normalize the same. I am 32+. I hope this is not the sign of menopausal transition. If so, what is the process to recover the same. Please help.

Hi ..First of all it's more important to get periods every month rather than the amount. Scanty peroids can be due to many reasons like  thyroid issues, increased prolactin, polycystic ovaries etc. It's best to consult a Gynaecologist and find out what's happening Thanks Dr Deepti Gupta
