Can I do workout in menses if no then can I go for workout after 2 days? I got menses after 5 months after delivery. So it safe to do workout or after 4 days only?

If there is complete ceazing or absence bleeding only u can go for workout.. Whether it's on 3 or 4 the day no  issue..

It is better to go when you aren't bleeding as it is likely that you will feel weak and have such problems. You can continue your exercises after it's done.
