Menstrual cycle after Delivery
My wife has didn't got periods after 6 months of delivery. She had it only once after that it's been over a month. Pregnancy test negative. Is this normal?

During breastfeeding , it's normal. But if history of sexual intercourse, then pregnancy should be ruled out
