Menstrual cramps
I have severe pain during my periods. I did tried meftal spas tablet but it did not work.. now I've started taking nice tablet (nimsulide) as it is the only medicine which works and reduces pain. Many have suggested me to stop taking nice medicine as it has huge side effects.. I just wanna know is it true? Will later on I can face problems due to this medicine?

Yes. You should not take medicines especially painkillers without consulting a doctor. You need to get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist to find out the root cause of oaun.
