Menstrual cramps
I experience severe cramps in my lower abdominal area during the first 12-14 hours of starting my periods. For the past couple of times, I've been feeling feverish too. I'm not taking any medication for the problem. It's now starting to interfere with my normal work routine. Kindly suggest a remedy.
