Mensrtual cycle duration
My cycles duration has reduced to 2 days from 5 days in the recent 4-5 months. Can I take shatavari kalp( which has added sugar ) or shud I go for without sugar shatavari powder which I had taken previously. Also, what shud I do to keep cycles for a longer duration ? Also I find it difficult to gain weight as I feel whatever I ear in the afternoon gets used up by evening and this happens for every meal. I feel dat fats do not get stored in my body. I want to gain weight. Now it is 44-43 kg.

Hi shathavari will definitely help ,eat healthy food .during your periods, eat datas, one fist of dry fruits, one fruit a day, high posstasium diet like green leafy vegetables, water melon, tender coconut, daily 45mins of physical work out, keep your self relaxed stress free, good sleep of 7-8hrs.

Shatavari kalp will do ,good exercise and healthy food will solve the menstrual problem. Skipping , cycling, jogging are preferable exercises. Cows ghee, milk, white butter, jaggery, urad dal, aloe vera juice should be taken more often in the  diet.
