Menses is not regular
Menses is irregular  from the month of September  after taking AKT2.  We couldn't able to consult any Doctor  because  of Covid.

As you are 40 yr old, irregular menses can be due to perimenopausal age. Otherwise it can be due to thyroid problem or any pelvic pathology which needs to be ruled out. Also akt treatment if it's going, if genital TB , can lead to this.
