Menopause back,breast pain
Since one year no mestruation periods.six months back very less amount of bleeding .present problem back pain hip pain while sitting  standing little more difficult.its might be muscle stretch weakness .another problem breast pain.pls give proper suggestions ,advice.any medication, diet.which nutritional drink good for me like protenix,ensure,horlicks present my age 46

Is your breast pain cyclical since when. Use medication like vitE 1000mg and simrose oil capsules. For other complaints they are post menopausal symptoms. Need to be on HRT
