What can I do about the excessive belly fat gained during menopause? Is this normal? Please advice..

Definitely you need to do exercise to melt down the fat in your belly

In reproductive age fat is converted into sex hormones. But after menopause there is drastically decrease in the production of sex hormones. So there is accumulation of fat. In blood also lipd levels are increased. Heart attacks will increase after menopause.
