No vaccinations don't cause delay in periods. I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations such as thyroid profile, ultrasound to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. These following steps may help making your periods regular: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly (30-45mins/day) - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation/tai-chi - Maintain a healthy body and diet (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI) - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
Next Steps
Follow the lifestyle changes as adviced
Health Tips
If condition persists or worsens visit the gynecologist at the earliest
