Meningioma reoccurance treatment
My mother's MRI Shows reoccurance of meningioma . Should I go for surgery or radio treatment ? Need Help please suggest will send MRI Scan images when required.

Ideally for recurrence, surgery is preferred if resectable. That's decided by the neuro surgeon . Radiation may be advised after surgery if needed or if unresectable. However role of re irradiation depends on time since previous Radiation Treatment.
