My mom got diaganosed with menieres the attacks of virtigo reduced but the tinnitus is getting worst she has been prescribed vertin.

Usually in Meniere's disease with conservative treatment, vertigo can be controlled, further hearing loss can be prevented, but it is difficult to control tinnitus. It may take several months to control tinnitus. You may try tinnitus maskers or tinnitus habituation therapy.
