Meniere's has a triad of symptoms like dizziness, ringing in the ear and hearing loss along with a feeling of fullness in the ears. I would suggest that you get the mri to rule out any other issue and then test for confirmation of the Meniere's disease. Audiogram may be required

Acoustic neuroma is not a common condition. There are many other causes for dizziness and hearing difficulty. MRI is advisable if you have such symptoms. MRI can't diagnose menieres disease and it's only to rule out acoustic neuroma. MRI brain will cost you around 5k to 7k
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
