My 10 year 3 months old daughter started her periods recently. She is neither over weight or obese, so why so early. She is active and slim and has good growth.. now my concern is is it normal or needs treatment? Will she grow further in height?

It’s normal to have periods at this age. As regards her growth she will definitely grow but speed will be less. For good growth she should continue with outdoor sports daily for 1-2 hours.
