Hi sir.. Am unable to involve in sex for long time... With in 30 secs am gonna fall out... Is there any medicine for long time of sex.. My penis size also small when it erect 4 inches in size.. So plzzz is there any help..

Don't worry treatment is possible. Just consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment. And yes size doesn't matter so don't worry regarding it.
