hello there. I can understand that you have a lot of issues. just follow these advice well and you will be benefited. regarding memory and concentration - have foods that are rich in the micronutrients required by the brain. such foods are Almonds, Walnuts, all types of berries etc. practice yoga, pranayama and meditation to help you focus. hairloss- have biotin rich foods like Almonds, Walnuts, spinach, yogurt etc. biotin is most important for skin and hairs and once the deficiency is fulfilled, you will definitely be able to see results. eyesight - sometimes people find it difficult to learn and store in their brain due to bad eye sight. consult a ophthalmologist and get your self a new spectacles. inculcate new hobbies like gym, photography, gardening etc. have high protein diet and lots of water. instead of having three full sized meals, have 5 smaller meals at frequent intervals even if you are not hungry. have 2 cups of green tea a day. and you will be fine. no medicines required if you follow all these. all the best. regards
