hello there. I can understand that you have a lot of issues here. let's take this one by one. MEMORY AND CONCENTRATION- all you need to do is relax a bit, have healthy foods. by healthy foods I mean brain healthy foods like Almonds, Walnuts, flax seeds, all types of berries, greens and other fruits. these foods are rich in the micro nutrients required by the brain for optimal performance. have small meals regularly and have lots of water. that will also help in boosting your concentration. HAIRLOSS- Have foods that are high in biotin content like Almonds, Walnuts, yogurt, eggs, spinach etc. since biotin is very important for hair and skin, even a slight deficiency could lead to hairfall. I guess everything will be alright once you start with this particular diet. indulge in gym, photography etc. inculcate new hobbies and you will be fine. you may also consider consulting a psychiatrist in person for counselling. that will also help you. regards
