Hi. Greetings. Melasma can be treated and lightened with creams, medicinal Peel therapy and regular use of sunscreens. See a dermatologist near you to confirm of it's melasma. You are also having adult acne on face and body. This may require a short course of oral medication like antibiotics or even retinoids. Use a benzoyl peroxide based body wash. Send pictures of lesions on private follow up chat. Warm regards, Dr Govind S Mittal, Excel care hospital, Bangalore.
