Melasma on face
Dear sir Age 30 weight 56 dont have any bad habits like alcohal and smoking.. Am having melasma on face attached picture . May I know melasma is the reason of poor diet also . If yes kindly advice diet chart to reduce melasma I can't connect online .. pls help and  helpfultips..

Hi In Ayurvedic way you have nalpamaradi tailam and kukumadi oil, vitamin e oils all these help in treating melasma ...in Prolonged usage. Green tea is beneficial as it's very rich in antioxidants.. Foods rich in vitamin c, e are very helpful..in treating this condition.. Foods rich in vitamin E to be included in daily diets are olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, broccoli, kale, spinach, avocados, almonds and peanuts.. Foods rich in vitamin C to be included in diet are to bell pepper, broccoli, kiwi, oranges,mango, strawberry, cauliflower, spinach, cantaloupe, papaya, brussels sprouts, pineapple, guava, oranges, grapefruits, green chilli, strawberry, pummelo and sun dried tomato.. are beneficial.. U use kumkumadi oil application everyday twice . Intake Mahamanjistsadi kashaya two tsf twice a day on empty stomach. Kumkumadi soap for face wash.
