Melasma on cheeks
Taking chemical peel treatment. After third peel...peeling did not happen at all. Earlier on using Anthelios KA moisturiser with spf 50+ everything was fine.after fourth chemical peel doctor advised to use Cetaphil dermacontrol moisturiser with spf 30...but when the chemical peel was done after that face became too much red and my doctor has to use cold compress for a long time...then it was fine. My doctor is using 30 percent glycolic and 20 percent tca. Is it because of Cetaphil dermacontrol moisturiser with spf 30 or some other reason..she could not identify. Is it possible that Cetaphil dermacontrol moisturiser with spf can lessen the effect of peel that's why peeling is not happening or after third chemical peel I started using moisturiser from the very next day...I am not able to make out. If possible for you to suggest a moisturiser with sunscreen that will not react with chemical peel. I am indian working in dubai and taking my treatment in dubai.
