Melasma on cheeks
I hv melasma frm last 2 yrs, there are dark patches on the sides of my cheeks and some patches are red also, I hv used betnovate, but discontinued it frm 6 months, and I think my melasma is spreading, plz suggest me creams to reduce it

Dear Patient,
Kindly note that betnovate group of creams are steroids and are not "fairness" or "skin" creams to remove blemishes. They are creams which should be used only under a registered medical practitioner's guidance otherwise they cause serious side effects. Moreover it is not a cream to reduce melasma either. We need to see the condition of your skin to suggest you an appropriate therapy because there might be detrimental changes which may have occurred on your skin because of betnovate.
