Meds fr a psychiatrist, but im fine, so
Idk if ibhave add or aspergers. I go to counseling but now she says i need to see a psychiatrist and take meds. What is right to do? I don't wanna take meds.

There is no harm in consulting a psychiatrist. Atleast get a diagnosis.Taking medicines is always a patients choice.
