Medius maximus minimus trigger pain

Hi, Myself Kishor, I am staying in Pune Age 38. I have almost 1 year, tigger pain for medium Maximus minimus part, I think its happen I played cricket on uneven ground and I am using big wallet in always kept it my pocket and I am seating 8 to 10 hrs. Already I treatment 4 doctors. I have taken medicine also but not getting fully relief that time I googling and got this information. Now I am using some belt for this it will get relief for some time.
