I have shaved my private part area and after a 2 days a pea size lump underskin raised beside my penis ,it is just touching the penis .it's raised and pains on touching andwhile walking and I am very panic abt it plz help sir

It's a folliculitis mostly as per ur history...apply betadine ointment locally and take tablet augmentin 625mg TDS for 5days..use tab enzoflam twice a day for five days..
