Irritation on the private area.

Asked for Male, 47 Years

Am facing irritation and red spot /rashes issue on my private area in the recent time and I have taken the candid -B cream over the counter. Once I apply the creams the rashes and irriitation disappear for a week or ten days. But start irritating after some time.. am not taking any oral medicine.. please suggest ..any other medicine or cream how long i need to continue.. I use to apply candid b cream three to four days when ever I have the irritation and red rashes.
